All parties producing items bearing the these words or logos, or intended to represent the logo, must be licensed. Parties interested in acquiring a license with ScumDevils.com must do so by submitting an application.
For items intended for resale, there is a $2,000 initial licensing fee ($500 of which represents a royalty advance), along with an 10% royalty rate on the wholesale cost of the item.
Promotional licensing is available royalty-free with a $10,000 promotional rights fee.
